Adjacent to a metro station and park, the façade redesign aims to establish a bold gateway identity, attracting foot traffic into the commercial space through TOD integration. The core concept, “Gate Within Reach,” functions as both a symbolic threshold and an immersive entrance. A multi-entry, multi-level strategy opens the frontage with a series of “gates,” connecting themed interior zones and vertical greenery to create a calm, engaging atmosphere. The massing is formed by “boxes,” each representing a lifestyle scene and vibrant micro-communities, bringing familiar IPs to life.
