Located in Beijing’s core, this project creates a future-focused elite education destination. Its design features minimalist geometry and intricate details, creating an interplay across time. Functionally organised, the building comprises three distinct zones: student residences, teaching blocks, and a sports hall. Strategic link bridges seamlessly connect these areas, ensuring efficient and logical circulation. The façade employs a High-Tech architectural approach. A modular curtain wall system lends the teaching blocks a unique rhythmic quality. Clean lines and extensive glazing create transparent, open spaces, maximising natural light for enhanced comfort and openness. The overall environment fosters harmony and vitality. Generous green terraces provide student interaction and relaxation spaces, weaving nature into campus life and cultivating a dynamic educational community.
