The overarching façade concept of “Dual Time” portrays “Flowing River Ripples” during the day and “Zero Boundary State” at night. The integrated roof simulates water ripples, covering different types of building functions to consolidate the vast and complex architectural volume. LED lights are integrated into the roof at night, enhancing the atmosphere of the e-sports square. The central stage and GAMING light installation at the heart of the ripples transform into a DJ booth during celebratory events, turning the entire e-sports square into a trendy and vibrant stage. The roof is primarily constructed of glazed glass and aluminum metal mesh, providing shading during the day to shield against Guangzhou’s intense sunlight and creating a unique ambiance at night as interior lights shine through curtain walls, combined with LEDs, illuminating the Liuxi River Park.
