With the concept of nature, we bring the river and trees into the interior design and perfectly illustrates the concept of a healthy and smart office. With comfortable color and practical materials as the main tone, the smart system connects the entire office, turning the workspace into a high-end, warm office.

The design is all about the wellness of the stakeholders in the office. Unlike a traditional office, we aim to increase the flexibility of the space and people. Therefore lots of sharing spaces are accommodated in different parts of the office. Using wooden finishes and plants to create the atmosphere of nature, the wave-shaped metal false ceiling is like a river connecting to different parts of the office. Marble and bronze metal are chosen in the greeting area to maintain a high-end feeling.

Security is also one of the main features in the design. After the lockdown, restricting miscellaneous people from entering the office becomes an important issue in the process of design. The security system and energy-saving system are connected with the IoT cloud platform for managing the devices inside the office, building, and car park. In addition, managerial staff can monitor the data through a mobile app or computer software 24/7.
