The project is located in the Taiping River area of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, and aims to create the first immersive cultural and tourism destination in North China, establishing a new landmark for riverside commerce. The project consists of two main thematic zones: the high-end urban lifestyle natural shopping center area “Skyver” and the trendy waterfront sports street area “Clover,” encompassing a mix of apartments, hotels, shopping centers, and commercial streets. The two zones work in tandem to create a vibrant riverside environment. The Skyver area features a “tower + mall” complex, with a soaring and dynamic architectural silhouette that positions it as a landmark skyline along the Tai Ping River. The Clover area adopts a “block commercial + standalone commercial” model, with building forms that flow gracefully like clouds, creating a stunning riverside vista. Together, they embody a symbiotic relationship between sky and clouds, illuminating the vibrant life along the Tai Ping River day and night.
The design seamlessly connects the shopping center, commercial street, and hotel through an elevated sky corridor, effectively avoiding ground-level vehicular interference. An innovative “multi-first-floor” concept is introduced, enhancing commercial accessibility and consumer convenience while optimizing user experience. Features such as sky gardens and semi-outdoor platforms further create flexible commercial spaces for consumers.
The architectural texture combines minimalist aesthetics with a blend of reality and illusion, enriched by lighting art that adds dynamic expressions to the facade. The designer employs a dynamic linear language to cut and stack volumes, forming unique and exquisite facade elements that bestow the building with a delicate quality and radiant brilliance, akin to high-end jewelry.
