職位空缺 :

Responsibilities

Cooperate with Senior Manager in participating interior design project
Manage and motivate the design team to complete interior design project from concept design stage to Design Development stage
Lead concept design and storytelling with a cross disciplinary team on retail and commercial projects
Prepare design presentation including mood board and material sample
Coordinates and integrates the work of any external contractors, suppliers and professionals
Communicate with design team and ensure the design solution can meet clients’ requirement

Requirements

Bachelor or equivalent certificate in Interior Design
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience at large-scale interior/architecture design firm
Relevant experience in the shopping mall and commercial projects are expected
Strong presentation, communication, analytical skills required
Experience in design submission package and drawing production
Creative, self-motivated and multi-tasking ability
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite and MS office
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

The position is based in Hong Kong and Guangzhou Office.

Creative and passionate in architecture design, excellent learning ability and strong team spirit;
Strong graphic and design sensibilities with the ability to contribute and cultivate design ideas/concepts;
Team player with the ability to organize own work, good communication skills;
Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino and the Adobe Suite;
Pro-active, flexible, eager to learn, well-organized, responsible;
Good command of both English and Chinese.

The internship must be a minimum of at least 1 month.
